Privacy,

Information we handle

  • Contact and account details: your name, business, email, business phone, role and authentication records.
  • Project information: briefs, designs, videos, documents, captions, feedback, messages, approvals, schedules and activity records you or your organization provide.
  • Authorized integrations: account identifiers, profiles, permission grants, access credentials and content or reporting data that the connected platform makes available within your authorization.
  • Operational information: service requests, delivery outcomes, security events and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

A project brief stays in your browser until you choose to download, copy or send it. Selecting “Send inquiry to ILVON” transmits the inquiry details to our team.

How we use it

We use information to answer inquiries, provide agreed services, manage access, collaborate on projects, record feedback and approvals, publish authorized content, report available results, and send account or project notifications. We also use operational records to investigate errors and protect accounts.

ILVON Review is a private client service. Access to client projects is limited according to organization membership and assigned permissions.

Connected social accounts

Connecting a platform is a separate authorization step. Where supported, we use the platform’s authorization flow rather than asking for your social account password. Available capabilities depend on the platform, granted permissions and its approval of our integration.

For Pinterest, the intended integration accesses the authorizing account’s own profile, boards, Pins and available metrics, and creates or schedules approved Pins. It does not request access to unrelated users’ private content. An authorized person must approve the publishing package or an explicit publishing policy before content can enter the publishing workflow.

You can revoke authorization in the platform’s account settings. Ask ILVON to disconnect the integration and cancel pending jobs as well. Revocation does not by itself erase previously published posts or historical project records.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is available to authorized ILVON personnel and the client users permitted to access the project. We use service providers where configured, including Cloudflare for domain and network services, Resend for application email, our Postiz installation for social publishing, and the social networks you authorize. Mail to hello@ilvon.com is forwarded to ILVON’s designated Gmail inbox.

Data necessary for a requested action is shared with the relevant provider. Providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect accounts, people or our legal rights.

ILVON does not sell personal information or use connected platform data for another organization’s unrelated advertising.

Cookies, notifications and AI assistance

The applications use essential browser storage and session cookies for sign-in, security and preferences. Browser or PWA push delivery requires your permission and a delivery subscription; you can disable it in your browser or account settings.

Internal AI tools may help with copy and classification. Processing may run locally or through a configured external provider. External processing of client information must follow the client’s agreement and the approved configuration. Human review is required before AI caption suggestions are submitted for client approval. AI does not independently approve or publish creative work.

Retention, deletion and security

We retain information while needed to provide services, maintain account security, preserve required approval and business records, or meet legal obligations. A single fixed retention period has not been adopted for all data categories. Contact us to discuss an applicable project retention or deletion request.

Deletion requests are reviewed and carried out by ILVON; an acknowledgement is not a claim that deletion has finished. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends, and copies already published on a third-party platform are subject to that platform’s controls.

Access restrictions, authentication and other technical controls help protect information. No service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can update available account details, manage notification preferences and revoke connected platform access. You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing ILVON. We may verify your identity and authority before acting, and explain any information we must retain. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.

Our services are intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will post material notice updates here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.
